ST. PAUL, MN: An Islamic Center in Minnesota recently wrote a “community support letter” on behalf of a Somali immigrant who abducted and raped a 12-year-old girl.

A 42-year old Somali man abducted and raped a 12-year-old who was playing in her backyard in Minnesota.
